Welcome to GU-PASS, the new research regulatory and compliance online system for submiting Financial Conflict of Interest Disclosures, Main Campus Internal Grant Proposals and Sabbatical Leave Requests, and External Grant Proposals. Also in development are Clinical Trial and Grant Proposal Sub-Awards Management for the entire University.

Main Campus, Medical Center, and Law Center Faculty and Staff can access the GU-PASS regulatory and compliace modues using their GU Net ID and passwords.

The Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Policy Disclosure module is now active. You can complete your initial, annual, or updated Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) by logging on https://gu-pass.georgetown.edu/login.html and choosing : FINANCIAL COI POLICY DISCLOSURE

GU-PASS modernizes, streamlines, and replaces the previous TRACs system. The goals for GU-PASS are to provide:

  • An improvement in the support of research administration business processes
  • A better user experience for our faculty and staff
  • A holistic data architecture that integrates with other applications to better support University-wide reporting

To date we have successfully launched the Annual Financial Conflict of Interest Policy Disclosure module. We are currently testing sabbatical and internal grants for launch and expect external grant modules available in December 2016.. The study-specific financial disclosures, clinical trials tracking, and sub-award management modules are also in development and will follow external grants.

A University-wide Steering Committee and multiple working groups from all campuses are engaged in the design and testing of the new GU-PASS resource, and these groups continue in overseeing the success of GU-PASS.
