GU-PASS is Georgetown’s system for submitting Financial Conflict of Interest Disclosures and External Grant Proposals. Additional modules include Main Campus Internal Grant Proposals, Main Campus Limited Submission Grants, Medical Center Clinical Trial Contracts, Subaward Tracking, and ICA Tracking.
Main Campus, Medical Center, and Law Center Faculty and Staff can access the GU-PASS regulatory and compliance modules using their GU Net ID and passwords.

GU-PASS modernizes and streamlines the process. The goals for GU-PASS are to provide:

- A holistic data architecture that integrates with other applications to better support University-wide reporting
